Can't see all files

I've just upgraded to FP 2003. Using the remote web site
is great for uploading but not all folders that are
listed on the remote web site are listed on the Local Web
site.

Folders not shown on the Local site are borders, derived,
fpclass,overlay

I added a new page yesterday and it all uploaded fine but
the nav bar didn't work as the theme side of the website
hadn't shon up as 'conflict' or 'unmatched' to be
uploaded.

How can I get FP to compare the whole website?

Those folders are "hidden". You need to go to Tools, Site Settings,
Advanced and check the box to show hidden files and folders.
