Dear sirs,
I am not able to save videos with MM2 - I can save videos in DV-AVI but not
in WMV. The problem is as discussed clearly in www.papajohn.org . I cannot
even save a video that consists only of a picture.
It seems that it is caused by an old version of qasf.dll - I have version
9.0 but probably the best shoud be version 10 . I have obtained a copy of it
in English (my OS is WXP PRO SP2 in Italian) but whenever I try to copy that
new .dll in my system32 folder I found it every time replaced with the old
9.0 version. That is caused - I believe - by a system protection of SP2.
Any suggestions on steps to take ?
