Cant retrieve mails onto web based account

Hi There,

I have been using a web based account for my business use and configured
that same account on windows mail. Windows mail downloaded all the mails from
the web based account leaving the folder empty.

I had the impression that I will be able to access email on the web based
account while travelling, can anyone please advise on how can I retrieve all
the mails on to the web based account and have a copy there.

Although you can configure Windows Mail to leave a copy of all messages
on the server, that will not bring back the ones you already downloaded.
Sorry, there is no bulk or automated way to do that.
