Can't Rename files or folders on server

HELP!!!! Have an odd problem with Vista Pro Clients.
We have a Small Business Server 2003 RC2
We have several XP machines no problems. I run Vista Home Premium and no
problems.
Two workstations are running Vista Professional and they can add files to
the server and can create a "New Folder" but they can't rename the files or
folders. If they log into an XP machine with their credentials, they can do
everything, so its not an user account issue. It seams just related to the
Vista machines.

Any thoughts?
