cant remove program

im trying to remove musicmatch in add/remove programs as per instructions
from their tech support.when i click the change/remove button i get a window
that says "setup. exe. has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are
sorry for the inconvenience".what can i do about this? i removed a different
program ok.would safe mode work? thank you for any help

You could try safe mode, or reinstall the program, then uninstall it.

sorry to bother you again but i did contact them and they said to uninstall
at add remove and go from there with the other instructions.i just trust the
advice here than those guys. again sorry for the inconvenience
