Cant remove message from OUTBOX,

Im using Vista, but I have a message stuck in outbox, I just keep getting
"error occured" Ive done a restore, No Good. any help please?...Thanks

You'll get an answer faster if you show us the full error message.

Also, some antivirus programs cause problems with Windows Mail, so
which if any such programs are you using?

Try this Microsoft fix:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.

you need to download from microsoft, knowledge base
KB921090. Not too sure of that KB number but I downloaded
it on my vista 32 bit laptop and cured the problem
immediately.
