Can't receive emails

I have 3 accounts with my ISP, only one of the accounts work, I can get
incoming emails and send emails, but the other two accounts I can only send
and not receive emails. They are set up exactly as on my laptop, onto the
new desktop . I can get all my emails on the laptop . Any ideas?

We would need the exact wording of the error message you get when
attempting to receive mail from the two malfunctioning accounts.

I don't get an error message, I don't receive incoming emails . I have
tested by sending emails to the 2 accounts and none have shown up on the
desktop but on the laptop. Laptop is off when I do the tests . When the
email are none coming, then I check on laptop and there it is.

Check under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and set all
machines to leave a copy on the server. Then see if you can get messages on
all machines. If so, then you can set one machine then to delete them from
the server after a certain number of days.

If that doesn't fix it, then I'm not sure what it could be.
