Can't receive email

I use Outlook and Outlook Express. My server is Adelphia. All was working
fine until yesterday. I can receive email but can't send. Keep getting the
following message: Server Response: '550 relaying mail to (email server I'm
sending to)is not allowed', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79

You probably need to authenticate to your outgoing server, which can be
done on the "Outgoing server" tab of your account dialog.
