can't receive email 2002

I have set up two email accounts using outlook 2002. I
can send from either account by using the account drop
down that shows with a new message I'm writing. But I can
only receive from one. I can't figure it out.
PS Ive used the tools menu, send/receive all and that
doesnt work either
..

When you use the Test Account Settings feature, what are the error messages,
if any?
