Hi, i've set up my MS outlook correctly(I believe), yet am unable to receive
HTML e-mails - every HTML e-mail I receive is just a mass of links.
Can someone please help? This is so annoying!

Thanks :)

well i'm new to this system so i don't know what details i give you would
concern my configuration.

essentially i'm running xp pro, with outlook as default email; all of the
correct boxes are ticked for sending and receiving in HTML; strangely, when i
open a message and go to 'tools' on the toolbar, the only option i can use is
'unwrap text' - all other options (including 'plain text', 'rich text 'html')
are lighter in colour, and can't be clicked on (although invariably the there
is a tick next to 'plain text', which i guess is what i'm receiving my emails
as.

sorry for being a pain and posting twice, i just made a mistake, this is the
first time i've ever used a forum/community type place, and i would be
extremely grateful for anyones advice.

i finally have an answer to your question - i was having the same issue and
just looking for a simple answer without having to reveal my computer's life
story which doesn't frickin' matter......anyway, go to Tools, Options on the
main Outlook Express page and then on the "Read" tab uncheck the "Read all
messages in plain text" box. worked for me!
