Can't read feeds at all

Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista Ultimate

I have an opml file I exported from IE7 on another system (where I
could read the feeds fine) and I can import it into Outlook and get a
list of feeds; when I try to update any of them I get:

Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0xAF640155) : 'Outlook cannot
download the RSS content because of a problem connecting to the
server. An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not
correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.'

Please advise...
