Can't Print Reports or Forms

Hi, I'm having an issue with a database that a user is experiencing after
getting a new PC running Office03 SP2 and XP Pro SP2. Basically, she can't
view or print any of the reports that she needs to. I have some command
buttons set up on a form that run specific queries which should either
preview or print the results depending on the button pressed. The reports
view and print fine on my PC which is running the same OS and Office version.
Since she couldn't print the reports, I figured I would set up a form in
datasheet view that would display the results of those same queries and then
print the form. She can now view the data, but is still unable to even print
to form that is in datasheet view. Again, this works fine on my PC.
I read about the default printer issue and I tried that, but that didn't
help either. The only other thing that is different is that sometimes when
she tried to print either the form or report she would get a message saying
that the macro had been halted.

Does anyone have a clue to what is going on, I would like to hae her be able
to print out the reports again, because I'm doing it for her right now!
Thanks.

Check your references. With the VBA editor open, click on Tools-->References,
and make sure all necessary libraries are checked, and in the proper order.
If not, you must update them.

Is there anywhere I can find out what libraries are supposed to be checked
and in what order?

The best place to start is a machine that still works with this database. Do
you have such a machine?

Everything was the same, but I think we have it narrowed down to a printer
driver problem. If we change the default printer to something else then it
works OK, just not with the printer she uses. We're looking for an updated
driver. Thanks for the help.
