Can't print from outlook express

Whenever I try to print anything from outlook express I receive an error
message " A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to Debug? Line:1343 Error:
Unspecified error" HELP!! don't know where to gofrom here...

Try Start button --> Run
Type in:

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Click OK.
