Can't open

I am working on an Access 2003 database and just ran into a new problem. I
emailed off the back end of the database to my customer. I am using AOL. She
is using SBC. When she tries to open up the back end there is a message that
comes up saying it is located outside her intranet and does not allow her to
open it. I have been through the download process several times with her and
the database does end up on her c drive. Any ideas on why I would be getting
this message? By the way she can still update the back end through her front
end.

Have her right-click on the file on her hard drive and choose properties. I
believe there is an option to unblock the file.
