Can't open Outlook...

I am unable to open up Microsoft Outlook 2003. I recently moved my computer
from internet access through an intranet server at a college to a private
home. When I try to open up Outlook in order to change an email account, I
get a message saying "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable." So I
click "Work Offline" and then I get the message "Cannot start Microsoft
Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could
not be opened." How can I use Outlook if I can't open it to change the
settings?

Thanks.
