Can't open My Documents folder.

Everytime I open the My documents folder after a few seconds it will
pause and i wont be able to scroll/click on anything and than an error
will appear (the send or don't send report thing). Then when i click on
send or don't send everything disappears - the start bar all the desktop
icons, they will then briefly reappear and everything will be fine.
Its just annoying not being able to see things in the My Documents
folder.

Has anyone got any ideas on what the problem might be?

Check the Event logs, specially the Application log for any clues.
