Can't open my account

Please help!! (I'm french so escuse me for my english...)
When I want to open my account of administrator, a message of alarm says to
me that the "service of profile user" do not function and can't step to open
my account... I can't open my account any more.
What do I have to make??

I can go on my account now ^^
