Can't open multiple windows

I get the following message when I try to open a 2nd IE Explorer window.
This just recently started. I've searched Microsoft's site and can't find
anything related to the winshow.dll error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs

to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: winshow.dll

ModVer: 1.0.0.8 Offset: 00002156

Winshow is a pop-up opener, a malware Browser Helper Object.
