Can't open default email folders

Using Outlook 2007. Transferred files from another computer using Vista
transfer with cable. Iam signed in as Administrator. Tried to open Outlook
and got message: "Cannot open your default email folders. File access denied.
You do not have permission required to access the file: C:\Documents and
settings\John Cleveland\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst". Then Outlook shuts down.

You cannot use Windows Easy Transfer with Outlook. You must copy the data
file, then open it in your Outlook profile. You will probably have to start
over with a new profile. WET most likely corrupted yours.
