Can't Move the items

This is frustrating... with Outlook XP on a Windows 2000 system, often when I try to
drag-and-drop some messages from my inbox or sent items to a folder bookmarked on my
Outlook Bar, I'll get the message "Can't Move the items".

The bookmark on the Outlook Bar is a folder on a different personal folders file than my
inbox/sent items.

This is a horrible waste of my time. Any ideas how to get rid of this???

does it happen only to some messages? to one message as well as multiple
messages?

It happens to some messages, not others. I can't seem to find a pattern to it.

I recall some time ago reading a knowledgebase article that this was a known problem,
but I cant find a fix.
