Stanley,

If your network drive is FAT32 drive -- FAT32 can't handle the files
greater than 4GB.

Hi Mikhail Zhilin ,

Should i change the network driver in NTFS is work?

Stanley

I transfer by LAN at least up to 20GB files between two home computers -
with WinXP & NTFS at both of them.

That probably means one cannot transfer >4Gb between W95/98/98SE and
NTFS-based clients.

You cannot have a file bigger than 4GB (minus a few bytes) on FAT 32 -
and hence not on a Win9x machine, so you can't transfer to one across a
network
