Cant map drive on network when my dial up is disconnected

I cant map a drive/shared folder when i hav disconnected
the dial up connection for the internet. i have just
upgraded to ADSL so no need for my ISDN line. all
workstations use ADSL for broadband but i stiil need to
dial up to ISP through the ISDN line so the w/stations can
access the shared folders. When i hav disconnected the
dial up i can ping the server but cant access the shared
files, the shared files permission are full so can be
permission rights. ne ideas?

Could you elaborate on this?
Is there a server? What SP-level? How many nics in it? How does the
ipconfig/all look?
