Cant log on to RD

I use a laptop to connect via RD to my Hone computer. I am getting the message "the system could not log you on, check username and password" When at home and on the "local" network I can log on fine. The system is behnd a D Link router with UDP & TCP port 3389 opened. I use TZO for a DNS. Any ideas why this won't work anymore?

Is TZO updating the alias correctly. I use No-IP.com and if the dial link to my ISP redials it takes
up to 10 minutes or so for the new information to be propagated... If your sure the TZO information
is correct, try the telnet test to see if you can narrow down the possibilities of what is causing
the problem...ie. is something blocking TCP Port 3389 for example.

Double check your keyboard settings... Is CAPS LOCK enabled when you
connect with this machine? Also make sure that it is getting all of
your keypresses... This error is not caused by a connectivity issue -
it is not seeing what you are typing in for UN/PW as something as
valid for the machine.
