Can't launch reports in Microsoft Access 2003. Click/nothing.

I am trying to launch reports in Microsoft Access It never launches. We have
tried re-installing access and repairing, and we have made sure it has all
the latest patches and updates. My co-workers have the same software loaded
on their laptops and it is functioning correctly. I get the feeling that
there may be a problem with some DLL or something. There is no error warning
of any kind. I cannot print, preview or design in reports. I can enter
queries and tables. When I run teh report wizard it will not let me create a
report.

Access uses the metrics from the printer driver to lay out the reports. If
it cannot find the printer information, it cannot do anything with reports.

This problem can occur even if other programs can print to a
printer--typically a network printer. To see if Acces has this problem, open
the Immediate Window (Ctrl+G) and enter:
? Printers.Count
? Printer.DeviceName
If the first line returns zero or the device name does not make sense, then
Access cannot see the printer. Deleting it from your printers, and
reinstalling it should solve this issue.

Try installing a printer (even if you don't really have one). Access reports
won't work without a default printer installed.
