Can't install IIS

Hi there!

I'm trying to install IIS, but it just don't work. First comes error message
telling that "DATA CAN NOT BE ENCRYPTED" because some file already exists and
then I get an error message "CAN'T CONFIGURE IIS", so after installation is
finished my localhost server won't run. ASP.NET user account is also not
created after IIS and Framework 1.1 installation.

I believe the problem could be solved if I could first uninstall IIS
completly, I mean completly! But no. It looks if the problem is this with old
files from previous installations. I uninstalled IIS when trying Apache
server, but now I would like it back (didn't like Apache).

Please guys, help me!

Uncheck the checkbox in Add/Remove for IIS
