Can't Install D-Link USB ISDN TA in Vista HELP!!!!!!

I live in a section of Ireland that will never have BroadBand access, so the
best I can do is ISDN. I purchased a D-Link USB ISDN TA (DU-128TA+ Version
B2) modem and it works perfectly in XP but can't install it in Vista no how
no way. I have to use a external analog modem and use the standard drivers
since Vista doesn't support Intel Modems either. Is there anyway I can
install my ISDN TA into Vista. I am frustrated and need some assistance.
Please SOMEONE Help. I'm 72 years old and could sure use some help. Thanks

Unfortunately D-Link will have to be the source of the
drivers for Vista. You need to contact D-Link about the
problem. Since they list recent drivers for Windows through
XP dated this year, they may be in the process of writing
drivers for Vista.

Thanks Theo, I was afraid of that. It appears Vista can't handle any ISDN
Modems, I had a PCI Card but couldn't load that, it also kept crashing out in
XP. I don't think it liked 64 bit systems, so I got the D-Link and it works
fabulously in XP but can't get it going in Vista..... Oh Well just my luck a
day late and a dollar short... Again Thanks and Good Luck

Check the D-Link site for a Vista Driver. If they don't have one, I'd be
surprised. Doesn't your ISDN adapter provide a Network Interface (NIC) Cable
port? Like a big telephone connector? Your computer should have one too,
and all you may need it the cable. An alternative is to install a NIC card
in your computer, an then connect that way. It's probably faster than USB,
and it's lots less hassle. It just works.
