Can't get web-site up

Hi,

I have been trying to set up a web server using Windows 2000. The
web-server is behind a router but I have forwarded Port 80. It seems no
matter what I do I cannot get the web-site up. If I change the web-site port
to <let's say, Port 90 I can get to the site by type
http:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:90/index.html. I'm positive that port 80 is open. Is
there a security issue related to Port 80 being disabled that I'm missing in
Windows 2000 Server?

Thanks
Steve

Okay, take a deep breath. First, tell us exactly what you mean by
"cannot get the web-site up." Then do a NETSTAT -a at a command
prompt and tell us what is listening on port 80. Then post in the IIS
groups for a better answer.
