can't get mail

I can't get my mail it has been set up for 1 1/2 years now and all of a
sudden it won't work this is my business mail please help I have done the
check setting according to the instructions with no luck here are the messages

An error message that refers to a specific message number usually indicates
a corrupted message(s) on the server.
Most email providers have a web portal where you can access your email with
a web browser.
If yours doesn't use http://www.mail2web.com/
View and delete messages # 3 & 4.

It sounds like there may be a 'stuck' email on the server.
Ask your web host (ACM Systems?) if you have webmail access. If not,
go to http://mail2web.com and log in. Sort the webmail messages by date,
delete all the older ones you already have downloaded, plus one more.
Try Windows Mail again.

Also, make sure your antivirus program is not configured to scan emails.
