can't get logged onto .NET thru IE

Will someone please help me. I have e-mailed and I've
posted on message boards...and now I am blue in the face.
My IE got "compromised"--hijacked--and I had help from
HijackThis. I got things under control, but since then I
can not get logged into .NET thru IE. I can access my msn
e-mail thru Mozilla Firefox browser, but I need my IE for
certain features and to access certain things. This was
going on before I did this, I downloaded Svc Pk 2...it
didn't rectify it. I tried downloading IE 6 over again.
That didn't solve the problem either. Any help greatly
appreciated. nancy louise
