CAN'T GET FULL SCREEN. UGGH!

Whenever I'm in Explorer, I can't get the web site I'm on
to take up my full screen. And I'm not referring to the
incremental space added by hitting F11. The web page only
appears in 2/3 of the main part of the screen. It's left
justified and leaves dead space all along the right hand
side of the screen. I've tried changing display settings,
internet option settings and nothing works. It's not a
display down issue as the box in the top right corner is
set for full screen.
ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!! I'm out
of ideas.

Does Explorer open in full screen but the web site only take up 2/3 of
explorer's window or is explorer only opening by 2/3 ?
