Here is my setup

Computer 1 - desktop
Windows XP Pro
Ethernet Card only
Set up to use Windows file sharing, set the folder I want shared as shared.
Using Norton Personal Firewall

Computer 2 - Laptop
Windows XP Home
Ethernet and Wireless card (really only use wireless)
Set up to use Windows file sharing, set the folder I want shared as shared.
Using Norton Personal Firewall

Router - Linksys WRT54G

The internet works on both computers, but for the life of me, I can't get
the File sharing or printer sharing to work.

The first computer recognizes MSHOME and the folders that can be shared on
it's own drive, but not the ones on the second computer.

The second computer cannot even recognize MSHOME or even put the files on
it's own drive in My Network Places.

UGHHH!

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, but there are other possibilities too. NPF is
part of NIS, which includes NAV. NAV 2005 / 2006 contains worm protection,
which can cause this problem.

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
computer, so we can diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked
articles, and follow instructions precisely:
