Can't get blocked senders to go to Junk email box.

I have set Outlook to allow only approved list senders to come into the
Inbox. As of now it is not stopping the people I have listed in the block
senders list. I have one specific sender I want stopped and I have tried all
the options while having the address in the block senders and it will not
stop it.

Probably because the sender changes his address to avoid being blocked. This
is a spammer trick. Try blocking his whole domain and block some word in his
message or some other feature of all his mails, like your name not in the TO
box. Also recheck your approved senders list.

This is one person with the same address. I am friends of the family and
don't want to cause a problem being blunt to tell him to leave off his "Joke"
list. I am using Beta 7 and wonder if it is in that. Thanks!
