How do people find this stuff? I've searched the Microsoft site multiple
times and didn't come up with this.

My method of choice is to use www.google.com and add
"site:microsoft.com" to limit search results to that domain. If that
fails, I search the whole internet for references and indexes that may
point back to Microsoft, or search newsgroup postings with
groups.google.com.
