Can't execute hyperlink in e-mail

I have no idea what happened - previous to an Office
Update I was able to execute hyperlinks appearing inside
e-mails (both in the preview mode and with the e-mail
opened).

Trying to open a hyperlink gets the following message: "
This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator." I am logged is with admin rights.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

This is a known isue which occurs after you upgrade Internet explorer. Here
