Can't enter Tools / Internet Options

Hello, please help me to remove this restriction (text
below) so that I can make changes with my internet
options.

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

Some programs will prevent website hijacking by locking
users out of Internet Options. SpyBot Search and Destroy
can do this if you have checked the box on the immunize
page.

Only you know what Internet security program you have,
you'll have to look and change it.

Thanks, I have spybot and I'll check it out. Thanks

Go to Classic Control Panel>User Accounts Change you account to
Administrator Group.
