am also having trouble deleting individual emails. I get an messasge saying
the folder is full, but will then delete other email. Error message with
trying to delete everything in my deleted folder says it is an unknown error.

Try emptying the Deleted Items folder. Try deleting the items with which
you're having trouble by holding Shift when you press or click Delete.

Hi Brian...I am having this same problem. The Shift Button did not help me
delete anything. I can at times do it individually...but then I set a Full
Message. I need to remove these messages because this is my business email
and it's going to be overloaded someday. Also, there are some people that
send me messages that I can't move to folders or delete. It's very
strange...never had these problems before. Please advise how I can correct
this problem. Thank you

What happens when you try to delete a message, both when holding Shift and
when not? I don't know what "set a Full Message" means. Do you say you get a
message about something being full? Post the EXACT text of any error messages
and describe in detail exactly when they occur. Do you have items in your
Deleted Items folder? What version of Outlook are you using? What type of
account?
