Can't edit id3 tags with explorer

I can't edit mp3 id3 tags with windows explorer.
When I call file Propertis, then Summaries I see only "Track number",
"Title" and "Comments" without any values, but if I open the same file with
Windows Media Player or some other player, there's metadata with all
completed fields. What do I have to do so as to edit the id3 tags with
Windows Explorer like I used to do?

Click on each line under Values and you'll be able to edit.

I meant that there's _no_ id3 tags when I view the properties of mp3 file
with explorer (but they used to be there and I _used to edit_ them), that's
why I cannot change their values.
