can't download music to mp3

Help!
Trying to download saved music to mp3 but can't since I upgraded to Windows XP

Sorry - I'm just an average person with a computer!
I downloaded music from limewire to my computer. I'm trying to get them on
to my mp3 player. I used to be able to do this from Windows Media player by
picking the device (mp3 player) and copying. Since I upgrade to windows xp I
can't.

The statement "Trying to download saved music to mp3", doesn't make
any sense. Are you trying to convert music files? Download from where
to where or copying/syncing to a CD???

OK. Try using Windows Explorer and copy&paste the music files to
your MP3 player. In Windows Media Player (WMP10) you can use the
Sync feature to do that. I am assuming that your MP3 player is similar
to a USB Thumb drive (not iPod), if not, you'll need to provide that info.
