Cant DOWNLOAD anything

I cant download anything... I've tried many solutions,
even reinstalled IE but still doesnt work. It is not a
firewall problem.
Please I need some help.

Have you checked your IE security settings? It might be set too high
or the download option might be disabled.

i have the same problem. i even reinstalled ie. if i
click to download a file it brings up the file download
dialog box and sits there for a few minutes, and then
gives an error message -- that the source is not
responding. I can view web pages, my connection is
strong, and my security settings are set low. Can anyone
help??

I have the Same problem only i don't get the dowload
dialog box.
