Can't down load Expressions

I am wanting to play with expressions over the holidays and I can't download
the 60 day trial of Expressions web or "Microsoft .NET Framework 2" at
http://www.microsoft.com/Expression/products/download.aspx?key=web

Every time I click the down load button it comes to a blank IE screen with
the word connectin... on it.
It stays like this for as long as I leave it on.

I have a microsoft live ID

Does anyone know whats going on?

I can't believe it, it worked!
I couldn't get IE to work, I would have kept on trying to load it through IE
for weeks or maybe even months if I hadn't made this post.
