Cant delete junk mail

i recieved a junk email that when I went to delete it, I get a message saying
an unknown error has occured. Tryed to search eml files and find the
affected file and delete there, deleted file, but still showing up in windows
mail in the junk folder. HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT?

To solve the undeletable/stuck message problem, use this Microsoft fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Although it only mentions Outbox, in fact it will enable removal
of stuck messages from any folder.

The fix listed solved the problem for me. The only trouble I had was
figuring out whether I needed 32 or 64 bit. I found out that you can check
that by going right mouse clicking the Computer in the folder list and then
clicking Properties. System-Type (32 or 64 bit) is listed there.
