Can't delete fax

My printer folder show two fax with 1 and 7 jobs in
queue. But when I open anyone of them (Fax of Fax (Copy
2)), nothing in the queue? The status of the printer
in "Printer folder" is "Deleting". Fax doen't work
anymore. They get in the queue, and stuck there, without
any way to remove them?

Any clue.

This might have been because you tried to delete the 'Fax Printer' while
there are some jobs in its queue. And I suspect you then tried to create an
additional fax printer.

Try deleting the existing printers (mind that the pending jobs are lost by
doing this) as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;227198 , reboot your
box and try re-adding the printers. If this procedue doesn't work, you
delete all the printers again, reboot, start from a clean state. Remove the
modem and add it back.
