Can't Defrage....keep getting this message

This ca has been cancelled because an error occured in
the file

c:\windowPrefetch\RUNDLL32.exe-4518C2C0.pf

any help???

Try running a chkdsk on the drive. Open a command prompt and enter chkdsk /x
and select y and reboot.
