Can't create a public folder

Hi,
Running SBS 2003, user is using Outlook 2003 to create a public folder, but
it keeps giving her an error saying that she does not have permission to
create the folder.

What do I need to do to give "domain users" the ability to create folders
off of the root of "all public folders"?

TIA,
Art

You do this in ESM on the server in the properties of the public folders
tree. But I wouldn't do this. Users shouldn't be creating top-level
folders - in fact, I prefer to limit who can create any folders at all.
Create a new folder for them & let them create folders there if you need to.
