Can't copy/paste from MS Word into Outlook 2003 e-mail

When I try to paste from a MS Word 2003 doc into an e-mail (HTML format)
created in Outlook 2003 I get the following error below. The text that I
want to copy gets pasted in, but the text size is changed and it does not
word wrap. I try to fix it, but it can't be fixed.

WINDOWS INTERNET EXPLORER
One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either:
1.) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on
this page, or
2.) You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.

Any help is appreciated.

I have the same problem. I changed my outlook (2003) editor to Word (than changed it back to plain text) and started getting these messages. Anytime I am sent an email with an auto signature or footer- I get the message
