Can't Connect to Yousendit.com

I suddenly cannot connect to the website yousendit.com. I can connect to
every other site I visit. When I attempt to connect to ysi, I get an error
message that the page cannot be found. Yet everyone else I know can connect
to YSI! I am running XP SP2 with DSL high-speed internet service. I have done
a system restore, run Spybot and Ad-Adware, as well Norton. I have tried
turning off Norton. I have added ysi to my trusted sites in the control
panel. Nothing works. I used to be able to connect YSI with no problems.

Hi Kim,
Are you able to ping the site, try to see your DNS server,may be it doesn't
resolve the name to IP.
Do you have Spybot runing as Real time potection?
Try to configure the website address in your Norton Firewall to allow
connection to it.

How do I ping the site? I've never done that.
When I tried to add the site to my Norton Firewall, I got the message that
the "domain does not resolve the DNS." ??? What does that mean?
I don't have Spybot running as realtime protection. Should I?

Clear your Internet caches and cookies, Delete Files
