Can't change connection type

When i fisrt installed XP Home (OEM) I set up my
internet connection as

"Connect to Internet using Broadband" (connected to
internet all the time.

I have a new ISP now and need to change this to:

"Connect to Internet using PPPoE or using a Login and
Password."

The problem is this selection is no longer available to
me. Thank you in advance for your help.
