Can't Boot W2K

Hello!

I can not boot W2K SP2.
Loading reaches the moment of occurrence of a Desktop and occurs restarting.
Tried all modes (Safe mode...) - all is identical.
Has copied
%windir %\system32\config\system.alt
Nothing help me.

I ask the help.

have you tried a repair install from the Win 2000 CD?
