What you need to do is to get to the BIOS. Then, you review the disk
settings to see if the BIOS recognizes the existence of the disk.

If it doesn't, the disk is toast, and that is the reason that your computer
cannot finish the boot.

If it does, then something is seriously wrong with the disk file system.

Hi Tony,

Open up your computer. Look inside and check for dust and clean out the
dust.

Problem: If you have a lot of dust inside your computer, you will need
to remove all wires from the back of the computer, before you open up the
computer.
Next use sticky tape and mark your wires and their location that plugs
into the motherboard and remove all wires to the motherboard. Use a
screwdriver or Nut Driver and remove all screws. Remove the motherboard.
Locate a typewriter brush and clean the underneath of the motherboard
and then reinstall the motherboard and do the same for the memory cards,
also.

Reconnect all the wires.

But if under warranty, let the repair shop do it.
