can't access system restore

Downloaded XP service pack 1 express and had to use
system restore because I had problems on my XP Pro but
since then, I cannot access System Restore. The message
I get:
rstrui.exe-entry point not found
The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be found
in dynamic link library winsta.dll.

I've gone to Admin. Services and made sure that Restore
was on but still cannot access it.

Any suggestions? Thx
